General
When is this happening?
This program is scheduled for 10-14th April, 2023 for Batch 001 and from 17-21st April, 2023 for batch 002. Every batch comprise of 40 participants only, including boys and girls. There will be minimum four Agri Summer School management personal (male and female) accompanying participants all the time.
What are the daily timings? Drop off and collection?
Participants need to report at IIM Nagpur campus at MIHAN at sharp 10am. And they will be relieved at 6.30-7pm everyday. The drop off and collection will be participants parents/guardians responsibility. Parents/guardians are not allowed to accompany their child/ward during this program.
Where is this going to take place?
This is going to take place at IIM Nagpur campus at MIHAN. And for visits we are going to travel via a single bus to respective locations. Check itinerary details for locations of the visits.
What about food arrangements for participants?
During the 10am-6.30pm, participants will be provided with lunch in afternoon and a small breakfast in the evening. We suggest participants to arrive at campus after taking a good breakfast at home.
What are the other facilities available?
Participants will have access to drinking water and the bathroom facilities all the time. For any other support or query or complaint Agri Summer School management is always there to help them out. In case, participant need to reach out to parent or parents need to talk with participant, they can use our managements support numbers.

How to register?
Head over to registration section on this website. Duly fill the form and submit it. After submission you’ll get a confirmation of submission.
Registered but not enrolled, what does it mean?
As we have limited seats, we are going to select specific applications only based on answers on registration forms. So, if your application gets selected you’ll get a confirmation message for the same and will get instructions on payment and finalizing enrollment/booking in the program. After getting enrollment confirmation only your seat is considered booked.

Are there rules or guidelines for participants behaviour?
Students participating in this program are expected to meet the same standards of behavior as required in the regular school setting. Students in serious violation of the Agri Summer School’s Code of Conduct will lead to parent notification and potential suspension from the program.
Payment

What about payment? Refunds?
Payment mode will be online. You will be provided with Bank Account Details and after getting selection confirmation, you must send payment in next 48 hours to confirm enrollment. After payment, under no circumstances, there will not be any refund.
